Where can i find midst?
New episodes of Midst are available for free every Wednesday everywhere podcasts are found! You can also enjoy lightly-animated video editions of each episode on the Critical Role YouTube channel. However, if you want to listen to Midst before anyone else and enjoy an ad-free experience you can Join the Fold (aka our paid membership program) for early access and other fun perks!
Where can I find my Digital Download perks as a subscriber?
Thank you so much for supporting what we do! You can find all of your digital downloads under the “Extras” tab along with a trove of other bonus content. These digital perks will continue monthly with each month alternating between a digital artwork download and a digital music download – for your eyes and ears, of course.
Why can't I log in to the site?
Sorry you’re having trouble! Check your browser’s security settings: Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies. Either change your settings or use another browser and that should do the trick!
How can I update my email address or other personal information?
Simply log in to your account here and update away!
How do I reset my password?
Click here, enter your email address, then click the “send me reset instructions” button.
How do I update my credit card information?
You can click here to edit/change/add a new card.
Can I gift a subscription to Midst?
Yes you can! It’s easy to gift a subscription (and may we say you have great taste). Follow the links below to select the type of gift you’d like:
You’ll be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalized message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.
Please keep in mind that you’re purchasing a one-time gift for the selected term (e.g. month or year). The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription to Midst.
Please note, if you currently have a subscription that is active, activating/redeeming a gift does not automatically add on to when your current subscription would end – the gift starts the day you activate it. You can redeem your gift whenever you’d like – if you have an active subscription, you can wait until your current subscription would expire and then activate your gift.
Can I upgrade or Downgrade my Membership?

Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined and you’re not sure why, you may need to contact your bank to tell them that this charge is approved to go through. If you have already done that and you’re still having issues, please email us using our support form.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can log in to your account here and then cancel your subscription from the “Subscriptions” tab. If you’ve canceled after a payment, don’t worry, you will not be charged again and your subscription will remain active until your original renewal date.
Can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our service and exclusive content. You will be charged every month (on a monthly plan) or every year (if you are on the an annual plan) until you cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for those who forget to cancel before their renewal date.
